General rules for betting and games

These rules apply whenever you play a game or place a bet through your Buzz Bingo account. You must read the specific rules, paytable and help information shown for a game before you play. The game-specific information forms part of these Betting Rules and may explain features, bet types, settlement methods and other conditions that apply to that game.

You may have one account only, and it must be opened in your own name and used only by you. You must keep your login details secure and must not allow another person to access or use your account. We may ask you to complete account verification as part of our legal and operational requirements. We hold a gaming licence and verify your account before your first withdrawal.

Real-money and bonus-balance play

You can play with real-money funds available in your account or, where the relevant conditions are met, with bonus funds. The balance used for a particular bet or spin is shown in the game or account information. If both balances are available, the applicable game and bonus terms explain which balance is used first.

  • You are responsible for checking the stake, game, number of lines, selected features and total amount before confirming play.
  • A bet or spin is treated as placed when it is accepted by the game server.
  • Once a bet or spin has been placed, it is final and cannot be changed, cancelled or withdrawn.
  • A bet or spin cannot be transferred between accounts or assigned to another person.
  • You must have enough available balance, or enough eligible bonus balance, for the selected stake before play is accepted.
  • The currency and balance displayed in your account or game are the amounts used to settle your play.

You must be aged 18 or over to use our gambling services. You must also be physically located where your use of the service is permitted. We may refuse access, suspend play or ask for further information where this is necessary to protect your account, meet legal obligations or maintain the integrity of our games.

How bets and spins are settled

Bets and spins are settled using the result recorded by the relevant game server. The server records the accepted stake, the game round, any applicable feature and the result. The result shown by the game server is final for the purpose of settling your play, subject to the malfunction rules below.

The rules and paytable displayed within the game apply to each bet or spin. They explain how symbols, combinations, features, multipliers, jackpots or other outcomes are treated. Outcomes and winning combinations can differ between games, so you should use the game information before playing.

Game information and returns

  • The stake and any potential return are governed by the game settings and the information displayed before or during play.
  • The return-to-player figure is shown in each game where applicable. This is a long-term theoretical percentage and does not predict the result of an individual bet or session.
  • A displayed win is credited in line with the applicable game rules and any limits or conditions that apply to the game.
  • If a game includes several stages, the result of each stage is settled in line with the instructions shown in that game.
  • The account history, game record and server record may be used together when we confirm the details of a round.

A result does not become invalid merely because it is not the result you expected or because a later result appears different. Where a game displays a result and the server has recorded the round correctly, that result is used for settlement. We may correct an account balance if a recording or settlement error has caused funds to be credited or deducted incorrectly.

Malfunctions and disconnected games

A malfunction can include a technical error, a software fault or an incorrect game display. It can also include the failure of a game to operate as intended or an error in the recording of a bet or result. A malfunction may affect the game, the stake, the displayed result or the account balance.

If a malfunction affects a game, all pays and play affected by that malfunction are void. This means that affected stakes, wins, bonuses, features or other game outcomes may be cancelled or corrected. We may correct your balance where an error has caused funds to be credited or deducted incorrectly.

When you lose connection

If you are disconnected after a bet or spin has been accepted, do not assume that the round has failed. The game may resume when you reconnect, or it may settle automatically when the server completes the round. The server record determines whether the game was accepted and how it was settled.

  • Reconnect and return to the game to see whether the round resumes or displays a result.
  • Do not place another bet to replace a round until you have checked the game and account history.
  • If the game does not display the outcome after reconnection, contact support with the game name and approximate time.
  • Repeated connection problems may affect your ability to play, but they do not change a server-recorded result.

We may suspend a game while a technical issue is investigated. We will use the available game and account records to determine the affected play and make any necessary correction. A connection problem on your device does not by itself cancel a round that the game server has accepted.

Bonus funds and bonus play

Bonus funds are subject to the bonus terms shown when the offer is made and in your account. Those terms may include eligibility conditions, a qualifying deposit, wagering or play requirements and an expiry period. They may also set out permitted games, withdrawal conditions and other restrictions.

You must follow the bonus terms whenever you use bonus funds. If a bonus term conflicts with a general game setting, the bonus term applies to the bonus activity to which it relates. A bonus may be removed if the applicable conditions are not met or if the bonus terms allow us to do so.

Maximum stakes and game contributions

  • A maximum bet may apply while bonus funds or a bonus offer are active. For our welcome package, the limit is £5 per spin while bonus funds are active.
  • Some games may contribute fully, partly or not at all towards a bonus requirement. The contribution for each game is shown in the bonus information.
  • A feature bought within a game, an increased stake or a similar option may count as a bet for the purpose of a maximum-bet condition.
  • Play that does not meet the bonus terms may not count towards the relevant requirement, and any affected bonus benefit may be removed where the terms permit.
  • Withdrawals or changes to your balance may affect a bonus. Check the conditions in your account before requesting a withdrawal.

If you are unsure whether a game or stake is eligible for bonus play, check the bonus information before placing a bet. You can contact support through the live chat on the site. You can also e-mail us at support@buzzbingo-casino.co.uk.

Live casino and table games

Live casino and table games are played under the rules shown in the relevant table's help section. Each table may have different betting options, minimum or maximum stakes, game stages, side bets, settlement methods and timing rules. You must read the table information before placing a bet.

Dealer decisions and table timing

  • The dealer conducts the game in accordance with the rules for that table.
  • Dealer decisions and the result recorded for the round are final, subject to a confirmed malfunction or an error in settlement.
  • Bets must be placed during the displayed betting period and must be accepted by the game server.
  • A late bet is not accepted if the betting period has closed, even if the bet appears to have been selected on your screen.
  • If a bet is accepted before the betting period closes, it is settled under the table rules even if you disconnect before the result is displayed.
  • If the table rules state that a round is cancelled, voided or replayed in a particular situation, that rule applies to the affected round.

The video, audio or display may be delayed for technical reasons. A delay does not change a bet that has already been accepted or a result recorded by the server. If the information on screen appears inconsistent, stop placing further bets and contact support so the round can be checked against the available records.

Disputes and safer play

If you believe that a bet, spin, live table round, bonus calculation or account balance has not been settled correctly, contact us promptly. Send your message to support@buzzbingo-casino.co.uk. Include enough information for us to locate the relevant activity.

  • The game or table name.
  • The date and approximate time of the activity.
  • The round, bet or transaction reference, if one is shown in your account.
  • The amount staked and the result you expected, where relevant.
  • A clear description of what happened, including any error message or disconnection.
  • Screenshots or other details that may help us identify the issue, where available.

We will look into the information available from the game server, account history and other relevant records. We may ask for further details or account verification before discussing account information or making a correction. You can also use the live chat on the site for help with the information needed to raise a dispute.

Play within your limits

Gambling is for adults aged 18 and over. Only use money and time that you can afford to lose, and do not chase losses. Your account includes tools that may help you manage your play, including deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. Use the limits shown in your account and set them before you continue if you want to control your spending.

  • A deposit limit can restrict the amount you deposit over the period shown in your account.
  • A time-out can prevent access for the selected period, subject to the conditions displayed when you set it.
  • Self-exclusion is intended for a longer break from gambling and should be used when you want to stop playing.
  • If you have self-excluded, do not try to open another account or use another person's account.
  • GamCare, GambleAware, GamStop and the National Gambling Helpline can provide information and support about gambling concerns.
