Buzz Bingo Free Spins: Get Up to 250 Spins

Our welcome package is available to new UK players making their first deposit. It includes up to £5,700 in bonus funds and 250 Free Spins. The minimum first deposit is £10, and the package must be claimed within 21 days of being issued.

The bonus funds and Free Spins are promotional rewards. That means the package has playthrough rules before winnings can be withdrawn. We set out the main terms below so you can see the deposit, deadline, wagering and bet limits before you start.

The package is linked to your first deposit rather than being a cash payment. Keep the terms in mind as you play. Pay particular attention to the maximum bet and the 35× wagering requirement.

You claim the package during registration. Have your personal details and identification ready, as account verification forms part of joining. The games lobby opens once we have received and checked the required documents.

You must be at least 18 to hold an account. You also need to be resident in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland. The same login details work across your online account and the Buzz Bingo app.

The welcome package carries a 35× wagering requirement on the bonus amount. You need to complete that playthrough first. Only then can winnings connected to the promotional funds be withdrawn.

For example, if the package gives you £100 in bonus funds, the calculation is £100 × 35, creating £3,500 of required playthrough. This example simply shows how the multiplier works. Your own requirement depends on the bonus amount attached to your account.

You have 21 days from issue to claim the package. Plan your play around that window. When checking your progress, keep the promotional balance separate from your own deposited funds.

Free Spins and bonus funds do not remove the normal risk of gambling. Your balance can rise or fall during play. Use an amount and a pace that remain comfortable for you.

Once the wagering requirement has been completed, eligible winnings can be withdrawn. We verify identity and address documents before a new account can access the games lobby. That verification is always complete before your first withdrawal.

We may request further checks during the life of your account. These can include source-of-funds and affordability checks. Where a transaction is involved, we may also ask for banking or financial details.

Withdrawals are available by bank wire transfer, Mastercard, Visa and PayPal. No transaction fees apply to deposits or withdrawals. The cashier shows the options available for your account and method.

Our Buzz Bingo app is available for iOS and Android. It includes slots, bingo games, Live Bingo with presenters, Buzz Rewards and App Rewards. There is also a digital membership card for use when entering our clubs.

Free Spins can appear as rewards inside Buzz Rewards. App Rewards are available to app users. They give you another place to find promotional rewards linked to your account.

• Play slots and bingo games from the app.
• Open Buzz Rewards to see whether free spins or other rewards are available.
• Use the digital membership card when visiting a Buzz Bingo club.
• Top up your online balance from the app, including while seated in a club.
• Use the same login details in the app and your online account.

The app also supports the welcome package. The package terms stay the same whichever supported route you use to access your account. That includes the deposit, wagering, bet and claim conditions.

Buzz Rewards can include bingo bonuses, Free Spins or cash prizes. Every reward is promotional. Check the conditions shown with each one before using it.

Free Spins are for entertainment and do not guarantee a winning result. Our safer gambling tools let you set boundaries around your play. You can also take a break whenever you need one.
